All returns are free of charge
We offer free shipping and free returns as standard with all our deliveries - just make sure to leave the seal on the main bottle box unbroken until you are sure you wish to keep it, as we are unable to accept returned bottles with broken seals.
Returns are free as long as you use our returns label - generated upon filling out our online returns form. You are of course welcome to send your bottle back to us via your own means if you prefer, but we are not able to cover this cost.

Our Sampling System
We have developed our sample model to make sure that trying Ffern at home is hassle-free and easy.
All of our bottles ship with a sample vial set outside the main bottle box. This is in place for you to try each new fragrance in the comfort of your home, before deciding whether or not you wish to keep the main bottle each season.
If you find the fragrance isn't quite right for you, make sure you leave the seal on your main bottle box unbroken, and request a returns label via our online returns platform within 14 days of receiving your bottle. You are more than welcome to send your unopened bottle back to us for a full refund.
You are welcome to skip a season
Ledger members are free to skip a season whenever they wish. We understand that you may not have finished the previous season's fragrance, or perhaps you are going to be away for some time. Whatever the reason, we are happy to work around your needs.
Skipping a season will stop you from being charged for one season, and you will not receive that season's fragrance. You are welcome to skip more than one season, but please ensure you let us know each time you want to skip.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received your anticipated refund, first check your bank account again after a few days - different banks have different processing times and refunds can sometimes take that little bit longer to show up in your account.
Still no luck? Please contact us at email@example.com and we will be able to look into the reason for any delays.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If your bottle arrives damaged or faulty and needs to be exchanged, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will see what we can do.
If the order is a gift, then we automatically refund the gift giver’s account upon receipt of the return.
