The tea blends sweet, red rosehips and hibiscus, both rich in vitamin C, with relaxing lemon balm, which aids with sleep as well as bringing a fresh flavour. Rose is hydrating and delicately floral, while ginger root brings warmth. Cassia bark, like rose, is anti-inflammatory, and brings a fragrant, spicy element - a perfect mood for winter evenings.
