We will always send you a reminder email 1 week prior to billing day, giving you some time to update your shipping address and/or payment card details.
Once we take payment for the new release - on the first working day of March, June, September and December - we can no longer make any changes to your order.
You are welcome to skip the upcoming release at any point prior to being billed via our online portal, or by messaging the team. Once payment has been taken, the order is guaranteed to ship to the address we have on file for you.
