To arrange a return, visit our returns page and follow the instructions.

You’ll need to enter the email address used for your ledger space. We’ll generate your unique returns form. Fill this out - it takes just two minutes - and download your returns label.

Place everything from your Ffern delivery into the postage box, seal it, and attach the returns label to the outside. Make sure the black and white diamond is visible, as this indicates the package contains perfume. Then just drop this at your nearest drop off point.

Please note that bottles received through Golden Tickets, as an exchange or from the Ffern Archive are non-refundable, and we do not accept any returns at our Beak Street store.
