Ffern is a natural perfume maker founded upon the belief that fine fragrance should be a natural craft product; a liquid alive with the stories of the plants and the processes that go into it. Our fragrances are blended and barrel-aged in England. We use the finest natural ingredients, sourced responsibly and extracted using pioneering techniques. What it's like here
We are a founder-led team based in a light-filled studio near Old Street in London. We care deeply about our craft and believe in doing things properly.
Our list of benefits are comprehensive. We offer full private healthcare with Vitality Health Insurance and a pension scheme where we flip the standard contributions; 5% from us, 3% from you, structured as a salary sacrifice for tax efficiency. New starters are entitled to 25 days annual holiday, rising to a total of 28 with each year of service. We offer flexible hybrid working, three days a week in the studio.
Our team also receives each season’s Eau de Parfum and Perfumer’s Candle, included with complimentary Ffern ledger membership.
