We will process a full refund for any returned bottle that arrives back with us, so long as the seal on the main bottle box hasn't been broken.

You are of course very welcome to try, and keep, the sample vial that arrives with your fragrance - but we need the seal to be untouched so we know for certain that the bottle hasn't been used, in order for us to avoid any wastage and find it a new home.
