Bringing with her carefree days and long midsummer sunsets, Lola is taking to the road - travelling through England’s cities and along her coastlines, where she’ll be making regular stops to serve Ffern’s bespoke ‘Pink Sky at Night’ sorbet.
Chart her journey as she travels to London, Brighton, Bristol, Bath and Manchester. Along with a complimentary tub of Ffern’s first ever sorbet, visitors can also sample our new Summer 25 fragrance - and enter the draw for a special prize...

Made in Britain in 1972, Lola has delivered ice creams to happy customers for over half a century. Now, lovingly restored by the Ffern team, she takes to the road with a new design, engine, electrics, and a lick of paint in sunset pink. Her fine looks have won her a starring role in our Summer 25 seasonal film, alongside Eva Morgan, Forrest Campbell, and Bill Nighy.
Set in Cornwall, ‘Pink Sky At Night’ follows a brother and sister over one unforgettable summer. Hidden away in their grandparents’ garage, they discover Lola, a once-beloved ice cream van, who becomes the catalyst for their adventure. Together they breathe new life into Lola, and begin to experiment with ice cream recipes…
Summer 25 imagines a midsummer sunset, painted with white peach water, red champaca, sparkling pink grapefruit, blood orange – and for the first time, herbaceous marigold, the sunset-coloured flower.
