You are welcome to close your space on the ledger at any time.

To do so, simply send us an email at goodbye@ffern.co from the email address associated with your ledger space and we will send you a short form to fill out in order to close your ledger space.

All requests to cancel must be made in advance of the billing day for the next release, which falls on the 1st of each launch month. This leaves us time to welcome a new member from the waiting list. Without this notice, our efforts to keep waste to a minimum are compromised.

NB. We always offer the ability to skip a season while keeping your space on the ledger. Let us know if you'd like to do this at help@ffern.co
