Our waiting list has grown, so to keep things fair we’ve introduced a new system for allocating ledger spaces.
Names are picked at random every week. If your name is drawn, we will send you a text and process the payment for your first bottle immediately. As a ledger member, you will receive a bottle for every season thereafter (unless you choose to opt out).
To enter the draw, you will need to provide your payment details and shipping address. You will not be charged until we find you a space on the ledger.
If you change your mind at any point and wish to remove your details from the draw, there are two ways to do so:
The best way to remove your name from the draw is to update your communication preferences using the link sent in your welcome message.
Alternatively, you can email the team (help@ffern.co) with your mobile number and we'll be more than happy to remove your details from our database.
If your name isn’t drawn, you won’t be charged. We’ll let you know when a new draw is taking place.
Of course! Once your name has been drawn you will be subject to the same benefits as all our ledger members. We provide a sample vial with every parcel, separate to the sealed main bottle - this means you can return the larger bottle to us unopened for a full refund if you find the sample isn't quite right for you.
Any returned fragrances must have the main bottle box unopened, and must be sent back within 14 days of being received.

Gaining a space on the Ffern ledger depends on various factors - such as availability and number of people on the waiting list.
Names are drawn at random every week. Though the waiting list is crowded, everyone has an equal chance to gain their place on the ledger this way.
If you change your mind at any point and wish to remove your name/number from the waiting list, there are three ways to do so:
Text the word ”LEAVE” to the number we initially messaged you on (the one you messaged with your first name upon adding your number to our website).
Click on the link in the last SMS we sent you after you didn't take up your ledger space. This will take you to a page asking you to confirm your removal from the waiting list.
Email the team (help@ffern.co) with your mobile number and we'll be more than happy to remove it from our database.
The first bottle you receive from us will either be our most recent release, or the very next release.
Which bottle you receive upon joining the ledger will depend on when you join the ledger, and the availability of our current fragrance.
We will let you know which fragrance you will receive on the day you are invited to join the ledger - please look out for this in the SMS we send you, as well as the checkout page and initial email confirming your ledger space.
Please note that, depending on whether there are bottles available of our current release, there may be a wait between joining and receiving your first fragrance.
Yes - we’ll keep your name on the waiting list, even if you decide not to take up your space on the ledger when it’s offered.
Your name will move to the bottom of the waiting list, but we’ll message you again as soon as another space becomes available.
