The first bottle you receive from us will either be our most recent release, or the very next release.
Which bottle you receive upon joining the ledger will depend on when you join the ledger, and the availability of our current fragrance.
We will let you know which fragrance you will receive on the day you are invited to join the ledger - please look out for this in the SMS we send you, as well as the checkout page and initial email confirming your ledger space.
Please note that, depending on whether there are bottles available of our current release, there may be a wait between joining and receiving your first fragrance.
If your name isn’t drawn the first time, you won’t be charged for a bottle. We will let you know when the next draw is happening, and will enter your name into successive draws. If you would like to opt out of these draws, you can of course do so at any time.
If you change your mind at any point and wish to remove your details from the draw, there are two ways to do so:
The best way to remove your name from the draw is to update your communication preferences using the link sent in your welcome message.
Alternatively, you can email the team (help@ffern.co) with your mobile number and we'll be more than happy to remove your details from our database.
All our full size seasonal Eaux de Parfum and Permanent Collection scents ship with a sample vial set, boxed separately from the main bottle, which is sealed. This is in place to allow you to try the fragrance before deciding whether or not you'd like to break the seal and keep it. We do not, unfortunately, bottle any samples to ship out separately. If it’s not for you, simply return your parcel to us through your Ffern ledger account.
Our 9ml Pocket Editions do not come with a separate sample vial set.
We currently have a limited number of Archive scents available from seasons gone by. Though these do come with a sample vial, once the box has been opened they are no longer eligible for return.
The only other way to try our fragrances, is by popping into our shop in Soho, London, where the team will be more than happy to walk you through our archive of available scents.
