Nuestra artista Ffern para el Otoño 26 es Jackie Morris. Afincada en Gales, es la reconocida ilustradora de The Lost Words.

Jackie Morris es la célebre ilustradora de The Lost Words y The Lost Spells, creados junto a Robert Macfarlane, además de otros muchos libros galardonados – el más reciente, The Book of Birds. Vive y trabaja en la costa salvaje de Pembrokeshire, en el oeste de Gales.

Para el Otoño 26, Jackie ha creado Shape Shifter con sus características acuarelas. Un manto de brezal al anochecer se extiende bajo las patas de una liebre en carrera, mientras arriba sobrevuelan un azor y una gran luna de la cosecha.

Autumn 26 es una fragancia de brezo y páramo bajo la luz de la luna, nuestra interpretación de un clásico fougère. Dos variedades de lavanda melosa y herbácea hablan de las hierbas silvestres que crecen entre el brezo, mientras una trenza de raíz de lirio empolvada y hoja de violeta se teje a través del corazón. El heno y la siempreviva arraigan nuestra fragancia al suelo y unen nuestras notas aromáticas a la tierra cubierta de musgo.

To begin our artist series, we asked Lauren Emily Wilson to respond to Autumn 20. The result is an ethereal family of pastel drawings that capture the evolution of a scent.

Autumn 20 aims to recreate petrichor - the scent of the earth after rain. A rich fragrance, it centres rose against spicy notes of olibanum and black pepper and herbaceuous notes such as bay, davana and patchouli.
