No, gift membership bottles are non-returnable.
No, the Golden Ticket is a one off purchase - it does not renew.
The first bottle will arrive with the recipient in line with our seasonal release dates, based on availability. Our next release dates are:
- Autumn 24: 22nd September
- Winter 25: 21st December
- Spring 25: 20th March
- Summer 25: 21st June
No, the Golden Ticket is sent separately to the purchaser. We have designed the ticket to be a beautiful present in itself - encased in a little pack with a giclée print.
Yes – we recommend entering your own address so that the Golden Ticket arrives with you. This way, you can personally gift it to your friend or family member. You are of course welcome to enter the recipient’s address directly, but please note that your name won’t appear on the package they receive. If you do this, you’ll need to let them know separately that it’s a gift from you.
