Our jonquil daffodil, also known as rush daffodil, is grown in the hills around Grasse, the historic perfume capital of France. The flowers typically bloom in late winter to early spring, producing clusters of small, intensely fragrant yellow flowers. Unlike many other spring flowers that decrease in quality after the first season’s bloom, jonquil daffodils retain their exceptional bloom year after year, thanks to their natural bulb division. We work with skilled local harvesters, who uphold traditional, sustainable practices. Only the blossoms are gently gathered, leaving the plants undisturbed to encourage future growth.
