Description
The composition of a basil essential oil can vary greatly with the site of cultivation and the specificities of the growing method. After some deliberation, we settled on an Egyptian basil grand vert, renowned for its high linalool composition and distinctive aniseed notes. The leaves are cut and immediately distilled - if they are allowed to dry, the scent is largely lost.
