Your return label is generated and sent to your email address as soon as you complete our returns form.

You can find your return form via the order tracking page on the shipping confirmation email we sent you when your bottle was dropped off with Royal Mail. If you can't see this, you can request the form again from here: ffern.co/returns.

If you have any issues finding your return label or form, please message the team (help@ffern.co) and we'll be more than happy to send this to you.

Please note that we operate a 14 day return window, so the link to your return form will expire after this point, and we will no longer be able to accept your return.
